I began doing Sport Yoga after straining my back. At that time I realized I needed to put more attention to my flexibility in general.
I really appreciate Pamela's gentle, gradual movement and her attention to offering alternative stages in the poses to avoid moving
beyond one's limitations. Being fairly new to Yoga I was somewhat intimidated, but I have found that even doing the poses to my own abilityhas been physically rewarding, (my back has improved considerably) and I have noticed an overall reduction in my stress level. |
