What Is Stress and Wellness Coaching?
Stress & Wellness coaching is a personal relationship between the client and coach, it focuses on taking action toward a vision or a desire. It's done through a process of personal inquiry and discovery, to help you rid yourself of limiting beliefs and to increase your ability to reach your goal My coaching approach involves three core steps: 1. Raise Awareness First I help you get clear about what you want, why it's important to you, what your options are and how to identify and use your strengths and skills to achieve it. Increasing awareness so you can make more effective choices is a foundational element of coaching. 2. Make Decisions Once you have awareness, you will find it easier to make new decisions which you feel confident and comfortable with. I will help you identify and replace destructive and limiting beliefs with new more constructive ones, so you can start steering your life in the direction you want it to go. 3. Take Action Now you're ready to create a personalized plan to make the changes you're after and to achieve your objectives. Of course, achievement comes with following through with your plan! I'll be there supporting you in taking the necessary actions.
