 As a Holistic Fitness Practitioner I work with individuals to help them incorporate their mind, body and spirit to facilitate their decision making as well as their physical well-being to improve results in all areas of their lives.  To achieve this I incorporate Wellness coaching to rid the individual of limiting beliefs,  and increase their awareness so they can make more effective choices.  Through our yoga classes we help individuals become more physically healthy and calm. Our Stress Management process offers simple, concise directions for mastery of progressive relaxation, meditation, self-hypnosis, visualization, thought stopping, coping skills, worry control and more.
